After 16 years we are extremely proud of all that has been achieved and are more committed to an providing an exceptional education and making a difference in the lives of our students and the community of Rubanda. To accomplish this we are introducing a new project called the “ 3 Pillars of Quality Education”.
The goal of this project is to create incentives and further motivate both our staff and students to keep our school growing physically and academically. Rubanda Solidarity School exists for education, and quality education cam only take place in an environment that fosters the belief that humans excel not only through academics but also in their faith and style of living expressed in life skills. These three components will be our main focus and will be integrated into the the national curriculum for primary education.
This new approach will have 3 Branches- each represented by a distinct department commissions, These three components will be will constantly evaluated to proactively identify both strengths, and weaknesses, as well as offer suggestions regarding what can be done to improve on delivery of each pillar: Academic, Faith and Life – Skills.
